This method is free and works with any audio track you have, the only limitation is that you can only use tracks that are less than 40 seconds. If you have a track longer than that, you can edit it with a separate utility. I use Audacity which is free. You will also need to download the LAME MP3 Encoder which will allow you to export your newly edited audio file into an MP3. before it function properly.
