I would imaging that you have seen the catchy freecreditreport.com commercials on TV. After feeling the need to check my credit history, I opted to check them out. Their site seemed simple and I figured, why not, it’s free right? Not quite.
You get a free Experian report when you sign up with them. But we all know that you really need copies of all three. Now you can go through the effort of contacting all three agencies and wait to get their cryptic reports back and try to figure out where you stand, or you can do something like what freecreditreport.com is doing. They charge $24.95 to order all three for you and display the reports in a easy to understand user interface online. Read the rest of this entry »

I have added the social network icons Facebook and Twitter to my side bar today. I had an RSS on in place but felt it was time for a change. The icons us one PNG image and CSS to position the image based on static or hover actions. If you view the source, you can see that it is fairly easy to accomplish.

Started off at the Las Vegas Sports Center and HRed the Team Awesome vs Mas o Menos, final score 59 to 8 Team Awesome. The floor at LVSC was like skating on ice covered in baby poo, slick as hell.
I also picked up my new set of skates, Riedell Vandal 265. So much better than the pair I had which were old and busted an uncomfortable.
Now we are all off to Freemont for more “wind tunnel of heat” bouts.

What a first day. Got in and hit the ground running.
Reffed the Star Wars vs Star Trek bout at Freemont, final score was Star Wars 97 to Star Trek 28.
Watched a couple following bouts afterwards. It was a really hot an slightly breezy afternoon. Being on Freemont was like having a blow dryer in your face though. Read the rest of this entry »
