30 Day Challenge: Day 11

Friday, November 14th, 2008

Today is my 11th day in my 30 Day Challenge. Although I am not nearly as active as I would like to be, I am still getting a fair amount of walking in.

Tomorrow Heidi’s supposed to receive some home workout system that we are going to do together. It is a 90 day program so shortly my 30 Day Challenge will become my 90 Day Challenge.

Wednesday: I did my usual walks to the bus stop, work and return trip home.

Today: Another day of walking to the bus and to work, returning home in the evening.
