I am in the beginning of week 4, day 32, in my 90 Day Fitness Challenge.
After having to take the past 7 days off from working out do to sickness, today I am planning to get back at it.
Fortunately, Heidi and I have been very diligent on eating according to the plan. Aside from a couple times of opting to have soup instead of a meal to help feeling better, we stayed right on track.
Feeling frustrated from not being able to be more active this past week, I really want to double time my workouts to try and make up the lost time.
I did happen to go buy new jeans because my older ones had become very loose. Heidi says she can notice a difference, I really can’t visually. If my jeans weren’t fitting differently I would tell you I haven’t lost any weight.
The greater challenge lies ahead. Next week we will be traveling to Texas to visit Heidi’s family. This will definitely try our will in staying with our eating and workouts.

You can add wheat pasta to that soup to bulk it up in a healthy way. I also used baked chicken or turkey.
Too bad this is beer week.
