Having a broken finger really has limited my activity levels. So I have been limited to walking and working out on an elliptical machine or stair master. It sure would be nice if I could run, but my knee doesn’t handle running very well.
Wednesday: I went to the gym and did 50min of elliptical and 10min of abs.
Thursday: I walked to the bus stop, then to work after getting off the bus, and the return walk home.
Today: Another day of walking to the bus and work, with a return trip home.
