Aside from a lot of different muscles being very sore right now, I am doing and feeling great. I feel like my spirits are a bit better and my energy level is really good too!
Wednesday: Went to the gym in the morning (30min of elliptical and 30min of weights and abs). I also rode my bike round trip for work.
Today: I rode my bike round trip for work. I also have derby practice tonight for two hours of which I could spent most of, if not all, on skates.

the first 3 weeks of something are the hardest, cause it involves breaking habits. And in the case of taking care of your body, its even harder cause soreness tends to be a detractor. Keep up the hard work. Push thru.
