I am starting my 30 Day Challenge again. Due to the unfortunate broken finger accident, it threw me off my challenge from last time. I did make it 15 days in, a great attempt but far from completing my challenge. I was couched for about 7 days with little to no activity. Once I got back to a normal reality of sorts (aside from the broken finger) I wanted to get active again.
This time, I will do it!
Yesterday: I worked out at the gym (25min of elliptical, 10min of abs, 25 minutes of stairmaster).
Today: I walked to the bus stop, to work and return (up a very steep hill about a block long and to work about .75mile). I also walked to the voting booths with Heidi and back (about 1.5miles)

nice work. I know you are already a healthy-ish eater, but I also challenge you to have fruit and vegetables each day. Maybe a jamba juice (their 100% fruit version) or something. Its nice having you back at workk.
